ZIMSWA is a non-profit-making human rights national organisation that works to advance the sexual and legal rights of sex workers in Zimbabwe

VISION
​
It focuses on creating a society in which all sex workers (male ,female, transgender) are able to enjoy the fundamental rights and are free from any forms of violence and discrimination

MISSION
​
The main mission of the organisation is to contribute to improve human rights and status of sex workers by designing and implementing innovative, evidence based and cost effective advocacy campaigns capable of influencing public policy and practice in the field of human rights
​
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

Capacitate an alliance of collectives of marginalised women and men in particular sex workers

Mobilize and strengthen the capacities of target groups on their health and legal rights in order that these groups can know, own and advocate for their rights

Address the sexual reproductive health issues and rights of marginalised groups and collectives in Zimbabwe

Advocate for more inclusive national policies

Raise awareness on basic human rights violations in the areas of sexual rights and sexual reproductive health rights

Provide psychosocial care and support and legal support to the target groups

Represent sex workers groups, organisations and collectives at a local, national, regional and international level
